Located on the beautiful Highlands Golf Course atop the Highlands Bench, is Post Falls’ first and finest full service day spa. Surrounded by serene gardens and lawns, the Highlands Day Spa offers you 14,000 square feet of pleasure and relaxation for your Body, Mind, and Spirit. This premier spa features a full range of health and beauty treatments and a variety of other amenities that help create a refreshing retreat from your daily routine.
At the Highlands Day Spa, we strive to provide a relaxed and positive atmosphere for your spa experience. Our professional staff members are polite, friendly and attentive to your needs. Below are our Spa Policies and basic spa etiquette to help you get the most from your spa visit.
Spa Hours: The Highlands Day Spa is open six days a week. Monday, 9 am to 5 pm; Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm; closed on Sunday.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted. We do not accept Spa-Finder or internet spa coupons, unless they have been issued by the Highlands Day Spa.
Appointments: To schedule an appointment, call 208.773.0773 or book a reservation online. Pre-booking of appointments is recommended. We are open six days a week with extended evening hours for your convenience. Some special offers have space limitations, so we encourage you to book quickly when specials are announced. Spa packages, spa parties or large group sessions require a credit card deposit to reserve the appointment. The Highlands Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service.
Cancellations: We request a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges.
Tipping: Gratuity is not included for spa services, with the exception of Spa Parties. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service, however we want you to tip according to your satisfaction with the service provided. The typical amount to tip is 15% to 20% of the cost of the service.
Gift Certificates: The Highlands Day Spa offers gift certificates for most services and spa packages. Gift certificates expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. They can be transferred to another person, but they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services. Purchase a Gift Certificate online.
Spa Parties: Require a minimum of 6 people. Reservations must be secured in advance with a credit card. You will be charged for the number of guests that are booked 24 hours in advance of the party. If a guest needs to cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If your guest list drops below the 6 person requirement, you will still be charged for six participants. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in to the party. All wine must be purchased from The Highland Day Spa. Any guest who brings in alcohol will be asked to leave. Non-alcoholic beverages and food are permitted.
