Nail Technician
Spring and summer are the biggest earning seasons for nail technicians — and we need talented people on the floor now to meet the demand. Our clients are ready and waiting, and we move fast. Qualified candidates can be booked and earning within the week. This is the season to make your money, and Highlands is where you want to be doing it.
Sign-on bonus
Full-time hires receive a $300 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days · Part-time hires receive a $150 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Nail Technician License
- Proficient in manicures, pedicures, and nail care services
- Acrylic experience a plus — available at CDA location only
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required — weekend days expected

Massage Therapist
Massage is our core service and our highest revenue driver, which means our massage therapists shape our experience and culture in a very meaningful way. We're looking for licensed professionals who take their craft seriously, communicate well with clients, and show up ready to deliver a consistently excellent experience. Weekend availability is required.

Cosmetologist
We're looking for a cosmetologist with a genuine passion for both beauty and wellness. Hair services are based at our downtown Coeur d'Alene location, but candidates who are interested in expanding into nail and skin services would have the opportunity to work across both locations. This is a great role for an experienced, versatile professional who wants variety in their day and access to a loyal, established client base.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Cosmetologist License
- Skilled in haircutting, coloring, and styling
- Interest in expanding into additional services such as facials, waxing, and nail care is a strong plus
- Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences

Front Desk Receptionist & Spa Attendant
Our front desk team is the first and last impression every guest has of Highlands. We're looking for someone warm, organized, and genuinely excited about creating exceptional spa experiences. Evening and weekend availability is required. This role is a great fit for students currently enrolled in massage therapy or cosmetology programs — you'll learn the industry from the inside while you finish your training. Must be at least 19 as we serve beer and wine at both locations.
What we're looking for

- Serious attention to detail — this role requires precision
- Desire to help people plan and enjoy exceptional spa experiences
- Comfortable with phones, booking systems, and cash handling
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure

- Reliable transportation suitable for North Idaho winters
- Must be 19 or older
Duties include
- Booking appointments and coordinating multi-service group visits
- Answering phones and assisting clients in person
- Organizing and preparing rooms and spaces for client services
- Maintaining a clean, polished spa environment at all times
- Meeting membership and retail sales goals
- Opening and closing the spa
- Serving beer and wine
- Supporting events of all shapes and sizes
Spa Attendant — Cleaning Focus
Behind every great guest experience is a space that's been thoughtfully reset and cared for. This role works independently to deep clean and prepare our two locations between service days — and it's a genuinely important part of how we deliver the Highlands experience. If you take pride in your work, love seeing a space come together, and want to be part of a team that values what you do, this one's for you.
Shift schedule
- Mondays — Post Falls: Weekend laundry and deep cleaning, flexible daytime hours
- Tuesdays — Coeur d'Alene: Deep cleaning and weekend laundry, flexible daytime hours
- Thursdays & Saturdays — Coeur d'Alene: General cleaning and laundry before opening, ideally 6am–12pm
What we're looking for
- Self-motivated and reliable — you work independently and take ownership of your space
- Detail-oriented — you notice when something's off and fix it without being asked
- Physically capable of cleaning duties, laundry, and occasional lifting
- Positive and team-oriented — you take pride in contributing to a high-quality environment
- Reliable transportation capable of handling North Idaho winters and laundry transport
Esthetician
We hold our esthetic standards high at Highlands — and we support our team fully in meeting them. This is a role for confident, experienced estheticians who are ready to step into a busy spa environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one. - Valid Idaho Esthetician License
- Highly proficient and fully independent in all waxing services including Brazilians
- Willing and expected to perform footbath services as part of standard protocols
- Skilled in customized facial treatments and confident in the treatment room
- Professional, punctual, and fully prepared for each scheduled shift
- Guest-focused, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Open to feedback and committed to ongoing education and growth
