Massage Therapist
Massage is our core service and our highest revenue driver, which means our massage therapists are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for licensed professionals who love their craft, communicate well with clients, and show up ready to deliver a consistently excellent experience. Weekend availability is required.

Esthetician & Front Desk
You'll split your time between front desk shifts and esthetic services, building your clientele in the treatment room while staying booked and earning through desk hours. It's the kind of role that actually makes sense. Consistent income from day one, and a growing book that's yours to keep. We hold our esthetic standards high and support our team fully in meeting them.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Esthetician License
- Highly proficient and fully independent in all waxing services including Brazilians
- Willing and expected to perform footbath services as part of standard protocols
- Skilled in customized facial treatments and confident in the treatment room
- Warm, organized, and comfortable in a front desk environment
- Professional, punctual, and guest-focused
- Evening and weekend availability required

Nail Technician & Front Desk
Nail income can fluctuate, especially heading into slower seasons. This role solves that. You'll provide nail services at both locations while filling desk shifts in between, keeping your hours and income consistent year-round. Acrylic services are available at our CDA location only. If you're a talented nail tech who wants stability alongside your craft, this is the role for you.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Nail Technician License
- Proficient in manicures, pedicures, and nail care services
- Acrylic experience a plus (available at CDA location only)
- Warm, organized, and comfortable in a front desk environment
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required. Weekend days expected
- Open to feedback and ongoing training and development
Spa Attendant — Cleaning Focus
Behind every great guest experience is a space that's been thoughtfully reset and cared for. This is primarily a cleaning and laundry role, and we need someone who takes real pride in that work. If you love seeing a space come together and want to be part of a team that values every person who keeps it running, we'd love to hear from you.
What the role looks like
- Deep cleaning treatment rooms between service cycles, including surfaces, equipment, floors, and high-touch areas
- Laundering all spa linens including treatment table sheets, towels, robes, heated mitts and booties, and facial wraps
- Folding, organizing, and returning clean linens so providers are fully stocked and ready to go
- General cleaning of shared spaces: relaxation areas, restrooms, reception, hallways, and locker rooms
- Restocking supplies throughout both locations
- Transporting laundry between locations as needed
What we're looking for
- Self-motivated and reliable. You work independently and own your space
- Detail-oriented. You notice what's off and fix it without being asked
- Physically capable of sustained cleaning work, laundry handling, and occasional lifting
- Reliable transportation for North Idaho winters and laundry transport between locations
Front Desk Receptionist & Spa Attendant
Our front desk team is the first and last impression every guest has of Highlands, and we are looking for someone who takes that seriously. We need a warm, detail-oriented person who genuinely loves the spa industry and wants to be part of a team that cares about what they do. This role is also a great fit for students currently enrolled in massage therapy or cosmetology programs. You will learn the industry from the inside while you finish your training, and be first in line when service positions open up.
What we're looking for
- Outgoing, confident, and genuinely warm demeanor
- Serious attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with phones, booking systems, and cash handling
- Positive mindset and a passion for the spa industry
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation for North Idaho winters · Must be 19+
Duties include
- Booking appointments and coordinating multi-service group visits
- Answering phones and assisting clients in person
- Organizing and preparing rooms and spaces for client services
- Maintaining a clean, polished spa environment at all times
- Meeting membership and retail sales goals
- Opening and closing the spa
- Serving beer and wine
- Supporting events of all shapes and sizes
Cosmetologist
This is an independent role for an experienced stylist who doesn't need hand-holding. You'll be our only hair professional, which means full creative ownership of your client relationships, but no in-house mentor to lean on. We're looking for someone confident, established in their craft, and ready to hit the ground running. Candidates interested in nail or skin services would have the opportunity to work across both locations.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Cosmetologist License
- Highly experienced and fully independent. This role has no in-house mentorship
- Skilled and confident in haircutting, coloring, and styling
- Interest in expanding into nail or skin services is a strong plus
- Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
- Punctual, professional, and self-directed
- Evening and weekend availability required
