Massage Therapist
Massage is our core service and our highest revenue driver — which means our massage therapists are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for licensed professionals who love their craft, communicate well with clients, and show up ready to deliver a consistently excellent experience. Weekend availability is required.

- Proficient in delivering tailored treatments to meet diverse client needs

Esthetician & Front Desk
This is a dual role — and a smart one. You'll split your time between front desk and esthetic services, which means steady hours and income while you build your esthetic clientele organically. It's a great way to grow your book without the pressure of filling a full esthetic schedule from day one. We hold our standards high, support our team fully, and we're looking for someone who's confident in the treatment room and equally comfortable behind the front desk.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Esthetician License
- Highly proficient and fully independent in all waxing services including Brazilians
- Willing and expected to perform footbath services as part of standard protocols
- Skilled in customized facial treatments and confident in the treatment room
- Warm, organized, and comfortable in a front desk environment
- Professional, punctual, and guest-focused
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Open to feedback and committed to ongoing education and growth
- Must be 19 or older
Nail Technician
We have a strong nail team in place and aren't actively hiring right now, but we're always happy to meet talented technicians. If you're a skilled nail tech who loves what you do, send us your application and we'll keep you in mind as our needs evolve. You'll provide manicures and pedicures at both locations, with acrylic services available exclusively at CDA.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Nail Technician License
- Proficient in manicures, pedicures, and nail care services
- Acrylic experience a plus — available at CDA location only
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required — weekend days expected

Cosmetologist
This is an independent role for an experienced stylist who doesn't need hand-holding. You'll be our only hair professional, which means you'll have full creative ownership of your client relationships — but it also means there's no in-house mentor to lean on. We're looking for someone who is confident, established in their craft, and ready to hit the ground running. If you're still building your foundational skills, this likely isn't the right fit yet — but we'd love to hear from you when you're ready. Candidates who are also interested in nail or skin services would have the opportunity to work across both locations.
What we're looking for
- Valid Idaho Cosmetologist License
- Highly experienced and fully independent — this role has no in-house mentorship
- Skilled and confident in haircutting, coloring, and styling
- Interest in expanding into nail or skin services is a strong plus
- Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
- Punctual, professional, and self-directed
- Evening and weekend availability required
Front Desk Receptionist & Spa Attendant
We're not actively hiring for this role right now, but we're always building a bench of great candidates for when the need arises. Our front desk team is the first and last impression every guest has of Highlands — so when we do hire, we hire carefully. If you're warm, organized, and genuinely passionate about the spa industry, we'd love to have your application on file. This role is also a great fit for students currently enrolled in massage therapy or cosmetology programs — you'll learn the industry from the inside while you finish your training. Must be at least 19 as we serve beer and wine at both locations.
What we're looking for
- Outgoing, confident, and genuinely warm demeanor
- Serious attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with phones, booking systems, and cash handling
- Positive mindset and a passion for the spa industry
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation for North Idaho winters · Must be 19+
Duties include
- Booking appointments and coordinating multi-service group visits
- Answering phones and assisting clients in person
- Organizing and preparing rooms and spaces for client services
- Maintaining a clean, polished spa environment at all times
- Meeting membership and retail sales goals
- Opening and closing the spa
- Serving beer and wine
- Supporting events of all shapes and sizes
Spa Attendant — Cleaning Focus
Behind every great guest experience is a space that's been thoughtfully reset and cared for. This role works independently to deep clean and prepare our two locations between service days. If you take pride in your work and love seeing a space come together, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift schedule
- Mondays — Post Falls: Weekend laundry and deep cleaning, flexible daytime hours
- Tuesdays — Coeur d'Alene: Deep cleaning and weekend laundry, flexible daytime hours
- Thursdays & Saturdays — CDA: General cleaning and laundry before opening, ideally 6am–12pm
What we're looking for
- Self-motivated and reliable — you work independently and own your space
- Detail-oriented — you notice what's off and fix it without being asked
- Physically capable of cleaning duties, laundry, and occasional lifting
- Reliable transportation for North Idaho winters and laundry transport
