How Group Bookings Work

Submit your inquiry
Fill out the form below with your group size, occasion, preferred date, and any services you're interested in. The more detail you give us, the better we can plan. Not sure what you want? That's fine — we'll help you figure it out.

We reach out to coordinate
Our front desk team will contact you to go over availability, service options, timing, and any special requests. Groups require more coordination than individual bookings — we'll work through all of it with you before anything is confirmed.

We confirm and hold your date
Once everything is locked in, we'll confirm your booking and take a card on file. Group bookings require 48 hours notice to cancel without charge. We staff based on your confirmed group size, so last-minute changes affect our team directly.

Show up and enjoy
Arrive no later than 30 minutes early, check in together, and let us take it from there. Your group will be welcomed, robed up, and guided through the experience. All you have to do is show up.
Good to Know
Group size
Group bookings are for two or more guests with multiple services or complex scheduling needs. For formal spa parties of 6 or more, see our Spa Parties page.
Coeur d'Alene is 21+ only
Both locations serve beer and wine — however, our CDA location is 21+ only due to specific Idaho alcohol service laws. If your group has guests under 21, we'll coordinate your booking at Post Falls where all ages are welcome.
Timing & availability
Large groups require more lead time to staff and schedule properly. We recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks in advance for groups of 4 or more, especially on weekends.
Corporate & membership options
We offer Corporate Membership tiers for businesses looking to provide ongoing spa access for their teams. Ask us about Signature Corporate ($360/month) and Luxe Corporate ($480/month) when you reach out.
Gift certificates
Organizing a group event as a gift? We offer gift certificates in any denomination online at HighlandsDaySpa.com. Perfect for covering individual services for each guest.
Cancellation policy
A card on file for the host is required for all group bookings. Group bookings require 48 hours notice to cancel or modify without charge. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service total.
