Good to Know Before You Book
Booking & Guest Count
Spa parties require a minimum of 6 guests and are secured in advance with a credit card. You will be charged for the number of guests booked 24 hours before your party. We staff based on expected headcount, so if a guest can't make it, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If your group drops below 6, you will still be charged for six participants. Need to add guests? Let us know 24 hours ahead so we can staff accordingly.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require 48 hours notice to cancel a spa party without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
Alcohol & Beverages
No outside alcohol is permitted. Wine and beer are available for purchase if all guests in your party are 21 or older — if anyone in the group is under 21, we cannot serve alcohol to the room. Outside non-alcoholic beverages and food are welcome. Any guest who brings outside alcohol will be asked to leave without a refund.
Services & Add-Ons
There are no substitutions on spa party services. However, if you'd like to add individual services before or after your party, we are happy to arrange those based on availability.
Tabs & Spa Items
If your party departs with an open beverage tab, the remaining balance will be charged to the host's card on file. This also applies to any missing robes, slippers, or other Highlands Day Spa items.
