I’m Emily.
I’m the owner of Highlands Day Spa, and for the past five years I’ve been immersing myself in all things metaphysical; studying, practicing, and guiding others through energy healing, meditation, ritual, and intuitive exploration. Through my Nocturne gatherings and meditation circles, I’ve created sacred spaces for connection, reflection, and transformation.
This journey has allowed me to blend my intuitive gifts with formal training in multiple healing modalities, and to craft experiences that meet each person exactly where they are; body, mind, and spirit.
Energy Alchemy Sessions
Energy Alchemy Sessions are the culmination of my work in the energetic realm; a sacred, multi-modality offering designed to clear stagnant energy, restore balance, and reconnect you to your inner light.
In these sessions, I weave together Reiki, sound healing, tarot, meditation, intuitive guidance, and energy clearing. Each one is tailored to your unique needs, creating space for release, renewal, and clarity.
Your experience also includes access to our luxurious steam room at the Coeur d’Alene location to help open energy channels and prepare your body to receive, or to help integrate your experience afterwards.
For a deeper integration, pair your session with a massage or facial; allowing the physical body to harmonize with the energetic shifts.
