All memberships
- A 60-day minimum commitment (two billing cycles) is required for all monthly memberships.
- Monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the first.
- Cancel anytime after the 60-day minimum with 30 days notice via the client portal.
- Membership pricing cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
- Highlands Day Spa reserves the right to adjust pricing or benefits with 30 days written notice.
Signature & Luxe
- Each month includes one service credit. Unused credits roll over once, are valid for 60 days, then expire.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or exchanged for retail or gift cards.
- Late cancellations under 24 hours result in a 50% charge. No-shows forfeit that month's credit.
Steam Room
- Unlimited steam room access during posted operating hours. Access ends when the spa closes following the last scheduled service of the day, which may be earlier than posted hours on lighter booking days.
- Can be layered with any service membership. Grants standalone steam room access without requiring a service booking; service memberships alone still require separate payment for steam room access on non-service visits.
- Does not include massage, facial, or other spa services, and is not combinable with service membership credits toward those services.
- Membership is non-transferable and valid for the named member only.
- Membership has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied toward retail, gift cards, or other services.
- Steam room day passes remain available at $25 for guests who prefer pay-as-you-go access.
Corporate
- Each month includes 4 service credits, shared across the company's approved roster. Credits do not roll over and expire at month's end.
- Additional services beyond the 4 included monthly credits receive the membership discount (10% Signature Corporate, 15% Luxe Corporate) and are billed separately.
- No limit on the number of names on the company roster. Names can be added or changed at any time.
- Late cancellations under 24 hours result in a 50% charge. No-shows forfeit that visit's credit.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied toward retail or gift cards.
