The fine print

  • A 60-day minimum commitment (two billing cycles) is required for all monthly memberships.
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the first.
  • Cancel anytime after the 60-day minimum with 30 days notice via the client portal.
  • Each month includes one service credit. Unused credits roll over once, are valid for 60 days, then expire.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or exchanged for retail or gift cards.
  • Late cancellations under 24 hours result in a 50% charge. No-shows forfeit that month's credit.
  • Membership pricing cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
  • Highlands Day Spa reserves the right to adjust pricing or benefits with 30 days written notice.
